The Arrest of Hakuzimana Abdou Rashid is justice to Rwandans. In the post 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, double genocide ideologists and theorists spearheaded by genocidaires on the run across europe and other parts of the world seek reversing Rwanda too the Dark days.
